📸 What counts as a scan?
Each AI analysis counts as one scan — this includes initial door scans and each additional photo added to a door record. Every API call to the AI uses one scan from your allocation.
📅 Do top-up scans expire?
Top-up packs are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Monthly included scans reset on your billing date and unused ones do not carry over.
🔢 Which scans are used first?
Your monthly included scans are always consumed first. Top-up scans only kick in once your monthly allocation runs out.
